The background was created with Paint Dabbers
The balloon stamp used to create my days was a free stamp from Craft Stamper magazine. I stamped it onto Blonde Moments paper and cut them out.
The image is from Saturated Canary and is coloured with Pro markers.
The March is hand drawn and coloured with a Posca pen and highlighted with a Sakura gelly roll pen.
The border around the edge is from the Dylusions set Bordering on the Edge.
