New

Morning and welcome to another challenge over at Crafty Boots Challenges. This fortnight its 'new', so it could be a new stamp, a new techniques a new area of craft etc.

Here is my interpretation:
This page is a bit of a homage to an awesome canvas created by the fabulously talented Kaz Hall for CHA. I totally fell in love with Kaz's red and black creation (think the red did it, lol). I wanted to have a practise before i had a go at it in red and black and this is my attempt. It is in no way half as good as Kaz's but i am really pleased with the way it turned out.

So this is another page in my 'creative journal'. (the best journal ever) The background is created with Dylusions inks and stencils. The border is a Dylusions stamp from the 'bordering on the edge' set which i just doodled over with a white gelly roll pen.

The leaves are created with a stamp from the Dylusions set 'around the edge' and are coloured with Dylusions ink Vibrant Turquoise and Bubblegum Pink.

The face is a new stamp for me from Tim Holtz Classic collection.

Thank you for looking.
