Fairy Tales

Morning all. Hope this finds you well?
Well its that time again over at Crafty Boots Challenges, This fortnights theme is Fairy Tales and boy did i have fun with this :-)

Here is my journal spread inspired by fairy tales.

The background is Dylusions inks cut grass and london blue. The edge is created from a Dylusions stamp from 'further around the edge' set. The leaves are also from the same set and are coloured in with Dylusions cut grass ink.

The spider is from the Dylusions 'bits of this' set.

The toadstools are from Dylusions 'doodle parts' set and are coloured with Dylusions inks in vibrant turquoise and bubblegum pink.

The word 'Believe' is from Dylusions 'word love' set and the rest of the letters are from alphabet sets from my stash.

The little Red Ridinghood is from the Paper Shelter and is coloured with the following Promarkers:
Ruby, Crimson, Burgundy, Henna, Cinnamon, Walnut, Blush and Cool Grey 5.

The Alice is from the Octopode Factory and is a digital image. Although her legs are from a Dylusions set 'Pondering Petunia'. She is again coloured with Promarkers in the following colours: Deninm Blue, Powder Blue, Blush, Leaf Green, Crimson, Ruby and Burgundy.

  6. love this, colors and everything!
Can I ask what journal you use, in mine the colors won't blend so good, even though I spray with a bit of water first.....

    1. This journal is from Hobbycraft, i do have to stick pages together sometimes as i put too much ink on. Dyan always says spray with water first, then 'puddles' of ink then water again. If it runs you got right amount if not you havent got enough. x
