Crafty Boots Challenge - Material

Hello everyone and welcome to my 2nd project for the Crafty Boots Design Team. This fortnights challenge is 'Material'. I have not used material on a project before other than ribbon so welcomed the challenge myself. Anyway here is my project.

This card is a 6x6 card blank with the corners rounded off. The plain yellow card is from a papermania pad of plain 12x12 papers cut down.
I created the backing paper using Dylusions ink sprays in the following colours:
Squeezed Orange, Pure Sunshine and Lemon Zest.
I over sprayed with a Dylusions stencil (dotty flowers) and used ghosting technique with an alphabet stencil of my daughters - mine now me thinks.

The little girl is from Kanban 'Urban Belles' set, coloured with promarkers. Her dress, shoes and bow are from the same backing paper used. The sentiment is also from the 'Urban Belles' and the doodle at the side is a Dylusions stamp from the 'Doodle parts' set.

The flowers are created from a piece of muslin that was once used for my son. I sprayed it with Dylusions squeezed orange ink spray and left to dry. Once dry i stamped the flower, again from the Urban Belles set and cut them out (not an easy task, i have to say).

Thanks for looking and have a good day.
