Sweet Arsenic Tag

Afternoon.
Just a quick post of a tag I created today.

I started with a  #10 Manila tag from Ranger and created a background using Amsterdam paints in the following colours:
Titanium White, Azo Orange, Ultramarine Violet and Lamp Black.

I then coloured "Sweet Arsenic Cupcake" from Lacy Sunshine with my Pro Markers (Ithink this digi may be retired now though)

I added the Happy Halloween from the Tim Holtz stamp set Apothecary down the side.
The gems are from my stash.

The ribbon and flowers are also from my stash.

Thank you for stopping by today.

Distress weekend

Hi there.

I have had the most fabulous few days at Art From The Heart, taking classes with the uber talented Kaz Hall. Kaz is amazing at all she does but especially distress and vintage, she totally rocks these looks. Please hop over and check out her blog here for tonnes of inspiration.

Had to have my picture with her.

Friday saw us doing a tag book using lots and lots of different distress techniques.

When I thought it couldn't get any better...... it did. Saturday saw us making a canvas. I have always adored this look but never thought I would ever be able to achieve it. But thanks to Kaz I have and I can honestly say I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it.

Then look who else arrived........ The Queen of Dylusions herself Dyan Reaveley

How cool was that? Two uber talented ladies together = one happy Red Kitty.

Thank you for stopping by today.
All supplies were from Art From The Heart, please check their website for details on their products and workshops.

Lady Heathers Curiosities

Hi there.
Today Friday 13th see the launch of Lady Heathers Curiosities as part of the launch the Facebook group Lacy Sunshine wanted you to create something using 'Amelia' Digi stamp.

Here is my interpretation. It's in my small Dylusions journal.

The background is created using Dylusions inks and stencils.

The main image is Amelia from Lacy Sunshine and I coloured her with promarker pens.

The poison label is from a Digi kit from tumble Fish Studio called Old Magic.

The writing is my own but using Dyan Reaveley's style. The skulls are from Day of the Head, small eyeballs are from Monster Mash, hats from Bird on a Wire, roses from Pin up Girl and border from This Old House set all by Dylusions.

Thank you for stopping by today.

This got a mention on Lacy Sunshine blog too :-)

Graphic 45 tag book

Afternoon.
This post is packed with photographs so grab a cuppa and we will start.

The idea for this is from a christmas tag book I saw at Art From The Heart that Dyan had made.
I recently made a Dylusions version here.
I recently mad
All the papers used are Graphic 45 and are from the following collections:
Nutcracker Sweet.
Halloween in Wonderland.
French Country.
Old's Curiosity Shoppe.
Secret Garden.

I made the tags by drawing round the following tags, number 12,10 and 8.
Then just decorated. Had loads of fun, although it took some time.

Told you there was a mountain of pictures.
