This card was commissioned by one of the lads at my Hubby's work, just hope his wife likes it.

Started with a Kanban 8x8 card blank. The plain purple card is from Bazzill basics paper pad - tropical. The backing paper is from Debbi Moore 12x12 Shabby Chic Paper pack. I love this set, the papers are just devine. This piece is called "A Midsummer Night's Dream".

This image is from The Paper Shelter, really do love their digi's (as you can probably tell). This one is Punk Lolly and i coloured her with Promarkers. I used Blush, Amethyst and Cool Aqua.

The sentiment is from what was dimensions fourth, please see Aly's Inky Fingers now.
The gems and ribbons are from my stash.

The letters are from Aly's Inky Fingers and are the small lower case set. I just stamped them onto the left over bit of the backing paper and cut out.

AFTH Consolation Tag Journal Page

The other week I was unable to attend the Art From The Heart preview day and was gutted, really really wanted to go. Anyhow to try and console myself i made ths tag.
Alot of my tags i dont want to part with so i have started art journaling with them. Basically making a page and sticking it in, lol.
This is the spread i have done for this tag.
All the stamps i have used are from the Dylusions range except for the heart which is from Kanban.

The pages are sprayed with Dylusions ink vibrant turquoise and over sprayed with gold mica which has slightly changed the colour.

Here is my tag stuck in :)

Love these wellies, though to be honest i usually colour them red!!

Here the heart makes a faint appearance, although on the tag it is much more pronounced.

The Dylusions stamp sets i used were:

Word Love
Further around The Edge.
Inbetweenies.
Bits of This.
Doolally Dorris.
Doodle Parts.
Pondering Petunia.
Ruby Rainbow.

Thank you for looking.

CCC2 13

Well i thought i was never going to get my copy of Tim's book but finally i have one and so i am now able to take part in the CCC2 challenge, This week sponsored by Simon says Stamp. This weeks challenge is to use the technique from page 42 - Spritz & Flick distress.

This is a number 8 Manilla tag from Ranger which i got from Art From The Heart.
The background is made with the new limited edition Distress inks Picked Raspberry, Mowed Lawn and Salty Ocean blended together. I then used the Spritz & Flick technique.
The word is from Dylusions set 'word love'.

The Umberella guy is one of Tim's stamps.

The spider is from the 'bits of this' set from Dylusions.

The leaves are from Dylusions stamps and are from the 'further around the edge' set. To create all the white dots i used a white Posca pen.
